KP Technology Probe Tutorial and Virtual Workshop
Divided in to manageable 1-2 hour modules, this course is aimed at explaining the Kelvin method to beginners. Modules cover surface work function, Fermi level equilibrium, transient light measurements, signal characterisation, tip biasing procedures, measurement optimisation, sample interpretation, practical training on your system(s) and experimental design.
We can also tailor a virtual workshop to your own individual needs.
All new systems include virtual support delivered through an online video call to set-up your system and take your first measurement free of charge.
